Charges
We
ship directly to addresses in Canada and the USA. We can arrange
shipping to pretty well any other destination in the world if
you call us at (780) 916-0973.
We
charge a small handling fee that covers packing materials to
protect your order. As well, shipping charges are calculated
based on the total cost of your order.
All charges for on-line or telephone orders are calculated for
you to review before you commit to placing your order. The charts
below outline the shipping costs to Canada and the United States.
(Please note that we will not ship orders COD.)

Delivery Times
The Tuk Shop will accept on-line and telephone orders only for
goods that are currently in stock. If you complete an order
on-line or by telephone, we process the order and ship your
goods within two business days.
On our shipping times page,
you can find estimated shipping times for the destinations we
support. We have drawn them from the service level promised
by our shippers, and from our experience with customers. Contact
us at (780) 916-0973 if your order is taking longer than it
should and we will trace it for you.
Shipping Out-of-Stock Items
If you order by fax or by mail, and one or more of the items
you request is not in stock, we will ship items as soon as they
come into stock. We will not charge you for shipping above the
amount that it would have cost to send the entire shipment in
one package, even if the order must be sent in more than one
shipment.
Taxes and Duty on Orders Shipped Outside Canada
As of this writing, US customers need not pay customs duties
on orders under $100 US (roughly $150 Canadian). Beyond that,
check with a local customs office or divide your order so that
no single order exceeds $100 US.
Our web store only ships to Canada and the United States. If
you're sending an order outside these two countries, call us
at (780) 916-0973 to place your order and arrange shipping.
Customers shipping goods to addresses outside North America
may have to pay import duties, customs charges, or value-added
taxes, especially on large orders. These charges must be paid
upon receipt of your order. Please check the destination country's
local
customs office or other involved authority for details.
