charge it to your credit card.
Fax and Mail Orders
Let our computer prepare your order form, then send it to us.
Just add each item you would like to your shopping basket, and
when you are finished, press the "Your Basket" button. Your
browser will display your entire order. Simply print the order
on your printer, add your name, address and payment method,
and either fax it to (780) 433-9494 or mail it to us at:

Note
on Ordering by Fax or Mail
Before ordering by fax or mail, we want you to be aware of a
few disadvantages to using these methods versus on-line ordering.
1. When you place your order online, it will be shipped within
two business days. While we may be able to keep the same ship
date if you fax your order, the date will certainly change if
you mail us your order.
2. The inventory availability may change between the time you
print your order form and the time we receive your order. This
means that one or more items which are in stock now may not
be when we receive your order, and that would influence your
ship date.
3. You won't be able to check the status of your order via our
web site, however, if you include your e-mail address on the
order form, we will send you an order confirmation when your
order enters our system and a shipment confirmation when your
order leaves our warehouse.
